Return Policy-

        Due to the nature of the business, and due to the existence of copy machines in conjunction with a mail box, all sales are final. Print sales are final so please be sure to select one you really like or make sure you choose one you know someone will admire and love. If we have provided a service for you, please read over the necessary paperwork that was sent to you. In the even that you have lost your copy, please let us know and we will be happy to email you another copy. If you aren't satisfied with the services provided, please contact us with the details and we will do everything necessary to correct the situation. You have 30 days from the time a service is provided to file a complaint with Blue Pumpkin Studios. After the 30 days, it is considered that you are satisfied with the services rendered and that any action against Blue Pumpkin Studios is forfeited.
